Architectural and construction solutions (architectural project) is a part of project documentation for construction, containing architectural solutions that comprehensively take into account economic, functional, engineering, technical, fire-prevention, environmental and other requirements for an object to the extent necessary for the development of documentation for the construction of an object.

The implementation of the architectural and construction part of the project is divided into the following mandatory steps:

1. Development and coordination of technical specifications

This stage allows the Customer to formulate the requirements and specify the tasks that are set before the start of the design work.

2. Working draft

The working draft is a set of design documentation. The working draft is required for construction and installation works.

The exact list of the attached drawings and calculations is stipulated in the Design Works Agreement.

The working project consists of engineering sections that contain design documentation for ventilation, air conditioning, SCS, telephony, fire alarm, power supply, and lighting.

3. Author's supervision

After coordination of the project with the Customer, construction works begin. And at this stage of the work there is a need for the supervision of the author.
